Physics in a loop
- What would happen during the loop
if you were allowed to take along a little mug of water?
- If you had a little soft animal hanging from a string during the
ride, how would it move during the different parts of the ride??
- What is the force between the train and the rider in the
highest and lowest points of a circular loop?
- Look at the picture - do you see that the loop is
not quite circular? Why do you think the loop is constructed like that?
